Get help from a human.
nooodles is early. When something breaks or the docs don't cover it, we'd rather you told us than gave up.
All of them end with a person.
hello@nooodles.ai
One address for everything. A real person reads it and replies — there's no ticket queue and no bot in front of it.
Tell us what you saw
Include what you were doing, what happened instead, your browser and OS, and the scene itself if you're able to share it. That's usually enough to reproduce it the same day.
Shape what gets built
We keep a roadmap and we're open about what's on it. Early access users have moved things up it — if you need something, say so rather than waiting to see if it appears.
Four things that solve most of it.
Hard-refresh first
The editor caches aggressively, so a plain reload can leave you on an old build. Open the developer tools, then right-click reload and choose Empty Cache and Hard Reload.
Check the browser console
Errors there usually name the problem outright. Paste them into your message — it's the single most useful thing you can send us.
Try a private window
Browser extensions can interfere with the canvas and with performance. If it behaves in a private window, an extension is the culprit and we can tell you which kind.
Note whether a fresh scene does it too
If a new empty scene has the same problem, it's the editor. If only one scene does, it's something in that graph — and knowing which halves the search.
What people ask first.
Which browsers are supported?
Modern Chromium browsers (Chrome, Edge, Arc, Brave) and Safari. WebGL2 is required. If a browser can't provide it, the editor will tell you rather than half-load.
Do I need a GPU?
No. Generation runs hosted on the free and Individual plans, so you can start on a laptop with no special hardware. A discrete GPU helps with heavy real-time scenes, but it isn't the entry requirement. Studio and Enterprise can run open models on hardware you control if the work can't leave your environment.
Is my work backed up?
Scenes save to your account and are there when you sign back in. Being straight with you though: this is early access, and we haven't yet been through the years of edge cases that make a claim of durability worth much. Keep local copies of anything you'd hate to lose — you can export a scene to your own machine at any point.
Can I export and take my work with me?
Yes. A scene exports as a real web page — HTML, CSS and a runtime carrying only the node families it used. Host it wherever you like. Nothing about the output requires us to keep existing.
How do I report a security issue?
Email hello@nooodles.ai with the details and we'll respond. Please give us a chance to fix it before publishing anything.
Do you offer onboarding for teams?
Yes. Tell us what your team makes and we'll walk you through the author/operator hand-off using your own work rather than a demo file.
Tell us what went wrong.
Every report from an early access user changes what we build next. That's not a courtesy line — there are only so many of you, and we read all of it.
Something urgent?
Leave your email and we'll come to you.
No spam. A real reply from a human.
